Ingredients
Medecinal Ingredient: Hydrolyzed collagen from bovine skin, Glucosamine Hydrochloride (Crab and shrimp exoskeleton).
Non medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable magnesium stearate.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is to take 3 to 4 capsules daily. Two (2) capsules in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime.

However, as a precaution, it is always preferable to wait two hours between your medication and any natural product.
Caution: For people taking medication in the morning or in the evening, it would be preferable to leave a two-hour period between Genacol® Plus and any kind of medication.
